Rainoil Limited has awarded ₦5 million and a full university scholarship to 16-year-old Chinedu Nwali for his exceptional artistic model of a Rainoil service station, recognising his creativity and passion for the brand.

The reward was formally presented at Rainoil’s Summit Station in Asaba by the Group Managing Director, Dr. Gabriel Ogbechie, who expressed admiration for the precision and imagination behind the teenager’s work.

Chinedu, alongside his brother Emmanuel, built the detailed model using funds they raised themselves. Inspired by his daily encounters with Rainoil stations, the teenager aimed to capture the company’s visual identity and spirit in a prototype he hoped would draw attention.

Rather than just impressing the local station, the project reached Rainoil’s top leadership. Dr. Ogbechie not only presented the cheque personally but also pledged the company’s full sponsorship of Chinedu’s education up to university level.

“We are incredibly proud of Chinedu’s talent,” said Dr. Ogbechie. “His design captures not just the look of Rainoil but the admiration and inspiration behind it.”

He encouraged Chinedu’s parents to work closely with the company to ensure the young prodigy’s educational journey is supported and completed.

The initiative underscores Rainoil’s commitment to youth empowerment, innovation, and community development in Nigeria.
