Scholarship funding is one arm of the Presidential Amnesty Programme's wider work of reintegrating former Niger Delta agitators into civilian life. Rather than a one-off grant, it is built as a standing offer: qualifying students get help with tuition and related costs at approved Nigerian institutions, so long as they keep meeting the academic standards for each session. Presidential Amnesty Programme supports further study for candidates advancing toward a master's or PhD qualification, building on the same eligibility base.
