Requirements for MTN MoMo TechSpark Graduate Programme

To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following:

Education:

A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM fields

Must have completed NYSC (or be in the final stages of completion)

Experience:

0–2 years of post-NYSC experience

Skills:

Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL). 

Basic understanding of software development, APIs, debugging, testing, and version control (Git). 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Introductory knowledge of systems, databases, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure. 

Good communication and teamwork skills for cross functional collaboration. 

Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly. 

User centric mindset and understanding of how technology supports business needs
