MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (STS): MTN Foundation Science and Technology Scholarship (MTN STS) since 2010, has been open to eligible 300 level students studying Science & Technology-related courses, in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education). 300 students are awarded scholarships worth N300,000.00 until graduation upon meeting grade requirements.
MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (SBS): Since its inception in 2012, the MTN Foundation Scholarship for Blind Students (MTN SBS) has been dedicated to supporting eligible blind students in 200 and 300 level courses across Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions, including Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education.100 students are awarded scholarships worth N300,000 annually. Scholarships are awarded annually until graduation, provided that students meet the required academic standards
Top 10 UTME Scholarship: Top 10 UTME Scholarship since 2020, the top 10 scoring candidates of UTME as announced by JAMB, automatically qualify for the top 10 UTME scholarship. The candidates are awarded scholarships worth N300,000.00 from their 100 level through to graduation upon meeting grade requirements. The Top 10 UTME Scholarship is awarded irrespective of the successful candidates’ preferred course of study or Tertiary Institution – Public or Private in Nigeria

Requirements for MTN Foundation Science and Technology Scholarship (STS)
A. Institution of Study
MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (STS) is open to Nigerian students in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institution (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
B. Course of Study
MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (STS) is open to 300 level students studying Science & Technology related courses, in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
C. Level of Study
The application is open to students who have completed their second semester 200 level examinations going to 300 level and students currently in their 300 level as we understand that the academic calendar in not aligned across all public tertiary institutions.
D. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
STEM Students in Public Universities, and Colleges of Education must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) score of 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 (second class upper credit)
STEM Students in Public Polytechnics must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 (upper credit) from the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) Program and must have secured admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) Program.
Direct Entry level STEM students must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (upper credit) from the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) program and must have secured admission into 300 level/3rd year in a Public University.
