The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) on Friday announced that the 2026 WASSCE for School Candidates’ certificates are ready.
The examination council, in a post on social media, announced that candidates who sat for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination can now obtain their digital certificates through its portal.
“The 2026 WASSCE for School candidate Certificate is now available for access on The WAEC Digital Certificate Platform,” the statement said.
The examination body asked candidates to “Log on to waec.org to access your certificate now.”
On the WAEC portal, some of the benefits of the digital certificate were listed.
With the digital certificate, WAEC said people can “share your certificate effortlessly with institutions, organisations and Individuals and “smart and secure way for institutions and organizations to confirm certificates.”
