TETFUND 2024 Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge (Up to N10 Million)

The Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge is our idea pitching and grant competition designed to empower young people in Africa turn their ideas, skills and passions into scalable business ventures or social enterprises.

We adopted this pitching competition model because it challenges the creativity and the audacity of our young people to survive as entrepreneurs. All applicants pass through a compulsory Boot Camp and Pitching Competitions and those with best business ideas receive both financial and technical supports from us.

Benefits of NESG Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge

Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge and stand the chances of winning any of our star prizes, as follows:

1st Prize (N2 million)

2nd Prize (N1 million)

3rd Prize (N700,000)

4th Prize (N500,000)

5th Prize (N300,000) and

Consolation Prizes (N100,000) each for the remaining 6th – 10th finalists.

Requirements for NESG Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge

It is open to young entrepreneurs in Nigeria between 18 – 40 years of age, who have ideas that we can transform into successful business ventures or social enterprises.

UEC 2024 Open Day - September 20, 2024

UEC Boot Camp - September 23 – October 18, 2024

1st Preliminary Pitching Competition - October 21 – 30, 2024

Announce Top 20 Startups - November 04, 2024

2nd Preliminary Pitching Competition - November 06 - 20, 2024

Announce Top 10 Finalists - November 26, 2024

Grand finale in Abuja - December 03, 2024

    First of all, I want to sincerely appreciate the organizers and sponsors of this youth empowerment initiative Also, I would like to know if the Last 10 finalists Logistics to Abuja and back, for the grand finale would be paid for by The NESG Ugwumba enterprise?
