Requirements for Presidential Amnesty Scholarship Programme

Recipients must be indigenes of the Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-river, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers)

Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

For undergraduate programs, applicants must have sat for the 2025 UTME or be new entrants into 100 level programs for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Awaiting results for WAEC or NECO exams are not allowed.

For every academic session, recipients of the undergraduate scholarship must maintain a minimum average CGPA of 2.5 over 5.0 or 2.0 over 4.0 to remain under the PAP scholarship.

Recipients of scholarships must not be involved in any act of misconduct or contravene PAP's regulations.

PAP reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship offered in cases of any misconduct or if the information submitted is found to be false or misleading.

Successful applicants may be required to undertake a written aptitude test and oral interview.
