This scholarship is designed to support eligible Medicine and Surgery students across the six participating medical schools, helping to reduce financial barriers and support their journey through medical school. The MECI Scholarship reflects our commitment to supporting the next generation of doctors by reducing financial barriers and ensuring that deserving medical students have the opportunity to thrive.
MECI Scholarship Fund for Medical Students Benefits
N100,000 to 12 Students across all classes in the following universities:
University of Ilorin
Obafemi Awolowo University
Nnamdi Azikiwe University
Usmanu Danfodio University
University of Maiduguri
University of Benin
Requirements for MECI Scholarship Fund for Medical Students
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
• Be a registered Medicine and Surgery student in one of the six participating medical schools.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Be in good academic standing.
