Two candidates from the southeast and one from the southwest emerged the best candidates. Umeonyiagu Chinua Crucifixion, with exam number 311158FE and school choice FSTC scored 199; Onwuanam Udochukwu, with exam number 346066JD and school choice FGC Enugu scored 198; while Salaam Mariam Aderemilekun, with exam number 349257CD and school choice QCLagos scored 197

Just In: NECO Releases Common Entrance Examination Results

The National Examinations Council (NECO) on Monday presented the results of the just concluded 2020/2021 Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Colleges to the Honourable Ministers of Education, Mallam Adamu, Adamu  and Dr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba 

Out of the 70,580 candidate who sat for the examinations, 16,714 candidates were absent for the examination due to EndSARS protests.

The national merit cut-off mark is 142. The least score from the examination was 2.

In view of the huge number of absentees recorded in the examination, Mallam Adamu urged the NECO examiner to find out the reason 16,714 of the pupils failed to participate in the examination and bring back report in a week time for further action.
