ITF/NECA Technical Skills Development Programme (TSDP) 2026

 

The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries Plc, invite applications from qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake an intensive Twelve (12) - month Technical Skills Training Programme in the following areas:

Mechatronics – Packaging Operations

Mechatronics - Brewing and Utilities Operations

Mechatronics - Corrective Maintenance

Operational Quality

Logistics Operations

 

The programme is entirely non-residential, with training at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc located in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna.

ITF/NECA Technical Skills Development Programme Benefits

Selected candidates will enjoy free tuition fee, Lunch, Stipend to offset transportation cost and Free Medicals.

This programme does not confer Nigerian Breweries employee status on the trainees.

 

Requirements for ITF/NECA Technical Skills Development Programme

Applicants are required to possess the following qualifications, among others:

Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry

Higher National Diploma in any of the following (For Mechatronics – Packaging, Brewing & Utilities Operations and Corrective Maintenance): Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimum of Lower credit from recognized and accredited institutions.

Higher National Diploma in any of the following (For Quality and Logistics Operations): Chemical Engineering, Biological and Physical Sciences, Food Science Tech, Laboratory Science, Applied Physics, Computer Science, with a minimum of Lower credit from recognized and accredited institutions.

Must have completed NYSC as of the time of this advertisement.

Must have completed the AI Fluency Course on International Organization of Employers (IOE) Learning Platform- https://learn.ioe-emp.org/courses/ai-fluency-en/

Please note that the certificate will be required during the application process.

 

Selection Process

Note that only online applications will be processed.
