The Kaduna State Government has flagged off the distribution of 50,000 exercise books to primary schools, donated by Senator Oluremi Tinubu, wife of the President, through Hajia Hafsat Uba Sani, wife of the Executive Governor of Kaduna State.

The Kaduna State Government has flagged off the distribution of 50,000 exercise books to primary schools, donated by Senator Oluremi Tinubu, wife of the President, through Hajia Hafsat Uba Sani, wife of the Executive Governor of Kaduna State.

The Commissioner of Education,Prof Sani Bello welcomed the initiative, praising Senator Oluremi Tinubu and Hajia Hafsat Uba Sani for their laudable objectives. He noted that Governor Uba Sani prioritizes education and rural transformation, aligning with the Renewed Hope Initiative.

The exercise books were distributed through Education Secretaries of the 23 Local Government Areas and 3 Senatorial zones. The Commissioner of Education ensured that the materials would reach the actual beneficiaries at primary school levels, promoting accountability.

The Commissioner of Human Services and Social Development, Hajia Rabi Salisu highlighted the palliatives shared by Renewed Hope Initiatives, including rice, clothing, and educational support. She applauded Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Hajia Hafsat Uba Sani and Governor Uba Sani for their unwavering support towards educational development.

The distribution exercise aimed to ease the burden on parents during school resumption. The initiative is part of Governor Uba Sani’s sustainability initiative agenda, focusing on human capital development.

The Director of Human Resources, SUBEB, acknowledged Governor Uba Sani’s commitment to education and rural transformation. He praised Hajia Hafsat Uba Sani for initiating the distribution at the peak of school resumption, ensuring timely support for students.
