It was indeed a joyous atmosphere as Adekunle Ajasin University recently held its fifth matriculation ceremony at the Ibadan campus.

Vice Chancellor of Adekunle Ajasin University, Professor Olugbenga Ebenezer Ige who presided over the ceremony, advised the newly admitted students of the institution at to be diligent and avoid negative behaviours that can negatively affect their academic pursuits.

Professor Ige gave the advice at the fifth matriculation ceremony, held recently at Mufu Lanihun Secondary School on the Lagos Ibadan Express way.

He also enjoined the students to give all it takes to improve their academic standards, adding that the institution has zero tolerance for cultism, indecent dressing on campus, examination malpractice, among other social vices common among the youth.

The provost of the Ibadan Campus, Professor Gbolagade Abiodun, in his remarks, charged the students to be of good behaviour and work towards the growth and progress of the institution.
