The Federal Government has released the 2026/2027 admission list for successful candidates offered admission into Junior Secondary School One (JSS1) of Federal Unity Colleges across the country.

The admission release, approved by the Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, marks the commencement of the admission process for candidates seeking entry into the nation’s Federal Unity Colleges for the new academic session.

The Federal Ministry of Education, in a statement issued by its Director of Press and Public Relations, Folasade Boriowo, said the development was in line with the government’s commitment to ensuring a transparent, accessible and orderly admission process.

According to the ministry, parents and guardians can now check the admission status of their children and wards through the Federal Ministry of Education’s admission portal or the notice board of the relevant Federal Unity College.

It directed successful candidates to print their admission slips and proceed to the Federal Unity College indicated on the slips for confirmation and completion of admission formalities.

The ministry specifically directed parents and guardians to access the admission status and print admission slips through the FME Posting Portal at https://fmeposting.com.ng/auth/login.

It urged parents and guardians to check the admission status of their children and wards promptly and ensure that successful candidates report to their respective colleges as required.

The minister congratulated all successful candidates on securing admission into the Federal Unity Colleges and urged them to approach their academic journey with diligence, discipline and a strong commitment to excellence.

The Federal Unity Colleges are among the Federal Government’s key institutions for promoting quality secondary education while fostering national integration by bringing students from diverse parts of the country together.

The release of the 2026/2027 admission list clears the way for successful candidates to commence the next stage of their secondary education in Unity Colleges nationwide.
