The Tertiary Institutions Staff Support Fund (TISSF) is a Federal Ministry of Education and Tetfund-funded program dedicated to enhancing the well-being, career development, and financial stability of tertiary institution academic and non-academic staff across Nigeria.

Only confirmed full-time academic or non-academic staff of eligible tertiary institutions who are members of all relevant staff associations, with at least 5 years to retirement.
