The 2024 edition of the ZODML Poetry Prize is calling on undergraduates from every public tertiary institution in Nigeria, to submit their entry for its open call.
This edition’s theme is “Hopefulness.” Writers are encouraged to submit a single poem of not more than fifty lines (formatted in Times New Roman or Arial,) to stand a chance to win the cash prize of NGN250,000.
Works must be written in either English or any Nigerian language. Works that aren’t written in English should be translated before submission.
Submission deadline is on 31st July and the winner will be announced at the awards ceremony, which will be held in October.
