ALDRAP Unveils Legisprudence: Monthly Law Reports, Commentaries on Legislative Laws of Nigeria

The Association of Legislative Drafting and Advocacy Practitioners (ALDRAP) is proud to present LEGISPRUDENCE, a monthly Law Report and Commentaries on the Legislative Laws and Procedures of the National Assembly and State Houses of Assembly and Local Government Legislatures in Nigeria.

 

LEGISPRUDENCE seeks to serve as a legislative bulletin to report on the salient happenings within the Nigerian legislatures; analysis of pending Bills & Motions and notable pronouncements of the judiciary on constitutional and legislative matters. 

 

LEGISPRUDENCE will publish ground-breaking research on existing and pending legislation to ascertain their legislative drafting corrections, and either recommend amendments or propose Bills to amend same. Occasionally, the annual Budget legislation of Brazil and other foreign jurisdictions will be featured in LEGISPRUDENCE to provide lessons for Nigeria.
