Applications are open for the African Union CIEFFA/ImpactHER Online Capacity Building/Training for youths across Africa.
The African Union’s CIEFFA, in partnership with ImpactHER, is offering a fully funded online training program aimed at equipping African youth, both on the continent and in the diaspora, with essential digital skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship knowledge.
The program, set to begin in September 2025, has 3 cohorts. The program supports the #AfricaEducatesHer campaign and targets educators, youth leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs committed to bridging the digital and gender divide.
The training is targeted at women and men from 55 African Union Member States and the Diaspora who are interested in developing their skills and knowledge in Gender equality in and through Education, STEAM, digital literacy, financial literacy and entrepreneurship, as well as women teachers who want to enhance their capacity to teach digital literacy and STEAM subjects.
Participants who complete the training with at least 80% attendance will receive a certificate and gain access to a vibrant pan-African network.
