ASUU Scholarship Award – Academic Staff Union of Universities in Nigeria is ushering out scholarship award to all interested and qualified students in any Nigeria tertiary institution across the Federation. 

The scholarship award is for indigent Nigerian students. 

ASUU invites applicants to apply for the 2025 ASUU scholarship for students in accredited tertiary institutions nationwide.

Benefits of ASUU Undergraduate Scholarship

N200,000.00 will be awarded to 2 students from each university provided they are registered branches of the union.

This fund is to support applicant’s tuition, accommodation, and living stipends.

Requirements for ASUU Undergraduate Scholarship

To be eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Applicants must be indigent 

Applicant must be a registered student of any University with a recognised ASUU Branch

Applicant must have a good academic performance (CGPA of 3.0 and above)

Application Documents

An application letter, not more than two (2) pages which must include the following:

Name of candidate

Course and year of study

State of origin

Why you believe you are the most qualified for the award

The applicant’s letter must be accompanied by the following:

A photocopy of the candidate’s current identity card

A letter from the candidate’s current Head of Department including current information on the candidate’s CGPA for the preceding academic session

Copy of the candidate’s registration form for the current semester

A Two (2) current passport photographs.
